What we collect

Terrier Agency LLC collects two types of information about individuals. Personally identifiable data (PII) and non-PII data.

  • Online identifiers on your computer or device

We may also receive information from vendors/clients – this is not always directly collected by us. However, this information is onboarded via integration with your own services. We then may integrate that information with data from our own services.

What we do with it

All information collected through our contact form and audit form is used for administrative and further communication purposes. The information collected through your browser is used for analytics and advertising across different channels.

How long do we keep information for?

We store contact information from our forms for no more than two years. Browser information is likewise held for no more than two years, typically.

What are your rights?

All users of our site have the right to control, correct or delete their information. All users have the following rights:

  • The right to know what personal information is held and processed
  • The right to correct/change any information held
  • The right for their information to be deleted (no explanation or reasoning is required for this request)
  • The right to restrict how their personal data is used or processed
