Reach is not a result
Travel campaigns are easy to make look impressive and hard to make honest. A creator with a million followers puts a million in the reach column, and the number means nothing on its own. So every campaign figure on this page is paired with the engagement rate the case study reports, or it is not quoted as a result at all. The benchmark is our own published portfolio: across every travel and hospitality campaign we have published a rate for, the floor is the 2% engagement rate recorded on the Seagrass Boutique Hospitality programme, and the campaigns below that report a rate sit at double it or more.

Secret Food Tours runs culinary walking tours across Europe’s food cities, from Borough Market to the Gothic Quarter. We sent 36 food and travel creators on the tours to document them on Instagram Reels and Stories. The campaign delivered 545K impressions and 10K engagements at a 5% engagement rate, two and a half times the Seagrass floor, from 96 pieces of content. Bookings-led travel content works because the creator is doing the thing the viewer is deciding whether to book.
Glawning makes glamping tents and awnings for camper vans, a product that sells on how it looks set up and how easily it goes up, neither of which a studio image can show. A sustained campaign with camping and van-life creators using the product on real trips produced 107 pieces of content reaching 1,520,991 people at a 5% engagement rate.

IHG Hotels & Resorts operates brands at very different price points, and one campaign cannot serve Holiday Inn and InterContinental at once. We structured the largest campaign in this group by property and brand tier, matching creators to the tier and location their audience actually books. It produced 228 pieces of content reaching over 13 million people at a 4% engagement rate.
Peninsula Hot Springs, the geothermal day spa on the Mornington Peninsula, wanted new Melbourne audiences and reusable content. Seventy-seven Melbourne creators produced 103 feed posts and 299 stories, generating 34,085 engagements from a combined following of 9,265,148.
Towns of Italy needed macro creators with a genuinely American audience for a Grand Tour of Italy. Six creators produced 493 pieces of content and 82,013 engagements, output well beyond what a six-creator activation normally returns.
Luxico curates luxury villa rentals across Australia. Ninety creators were outreached and vetted, sixteen went live from stays, and their 81 stories and 23 feed posts achieved a post reach of 1,113,790 and 18,015 engagements.
Marnong Estate, a Victorian vineyard, wedding venue and hotel, needed all three offerings shown at once. Ten creators filmed native TikTok content that produced 15 videos, 238,330 views and 7,502 engagements.
Bayview International Hotels ran a dual-property campaign across a Western Australian seaside resort and a Sydney city hotel, with creators matched to each property’s style. It generated 20 posts, 101 stories and 15,884 engagements.

How we run travel campaigns
- Creator sourcing against the booking audience, not the follower count. Luxico shows the ratio: ninety approached, sixteen live.
- Content the brand can reuse. Every campaign above left the client a library, which is most of the commercial value in gifted travel work.
- Reporting that leads with engagement rate and treats reach as context, so you can tell a good campaign from a big one.
- Search alongside social. Destination and experience content built for the planning journey, and GEO so AI itinerary answers name your property.
Pricing
Influencer campaigns start at £1,100 a month plus creator costs, £50 to £250 per post for micro-influencers, £250 to £1,000 for macro and celebrity creators. SEO and GEO retainers start from £1,250 a month excluding VAT with no minimum term, 60 days’ notice, at any point. Multi-property groups are quoted per property, because that is how the work is actually done.
