Enterprise SEO & GEO Agency

Enterprise SEO isn't small-business SEO with a bigger budget. It's more stakeholders, more markets, more legacy tech debt, and a lot more to lose if a migration goes wrong.

Enterprise SEO isn’t small-business SEO with a bigger budget. It’s more stakeholders, more markets, more legacy tech debt, and a lot more to lose if a migration goes wrong. Terrier runs SEO and GEO for brands operating across multiple markets and multiple approval layers — where the work has to hold up in a boardroom as well as in Search Console.

This page sets out what an enterprise engagement with Terrier actually looks like: who runs it, what you get, and what it costs.

Most agencies pitching “enterprise SEO” are selling you the same process they run for a single-market client, with an extra zero on the invoice. That doesn’t hold up once you’ve got a legal team reviewing every content change, three regional marketing leads with different priorities, and a tech stack that’s been patched together over a decade of acquisitions. We’ve run programmes inside that kind of structure, and the process below reflects it — not a generic SEO checklist with “enterprise” bolted on the front.

Brands we’ve worked with

See our clients page for the full list.

Is this you?

  • You operate in more than one market or language, and your SEO needs to work across all of them, not just the home market.
  • Your website sits behind a change-control process, a legal review, or a brand team — and any agency you hire needs to work within that, not around it.
  • You’ve outgrown a single point of contact. You need a named team who know your account, not a rotating pool of juniors.
  • AI search — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google’s AI Overviews — is starting to matter for your category, and you want a plan for visibility there as well as classic rankings.
  • You need reporting that a CMO or board can read in five minutes, not a 40-tab spreadsheet.

If two or three of those sound familiar, this is the right page. If none of them do, our standard SEO service is probably a better fit — and a cheaper one.

What an enterprise engagement includes

  • Technical SEO audit and roadmap across every market and subdomain you run, prioritised by impact, not just volume of issues.
  • GEO workstream — structured content and schema built so AI answer engines can find, understand and cite you, tracked through our GEO dashboard.
  • Content built for each market, not translated from one master version, with local search intent and local competitors factored in.
  • Migration and platform support when you’re moving CMS, replatforming, or consolidating domains — the highest-risk moments in enterprise SEO, handled with a pre-agreed rollback plan.
  • Stakeholder reporting built for the audience that reads it — a monthly pack for your SEO lead, a quarterly summary for your CMO.

Exactly which of these you need, and in what order, gets scoped on the first call. Some brands come to us with a clean technical base and just need content and GEO; others need the technical audit first because nothing downstream will move until the crawl and indexing issues are fixed. We won’t sell you the full list if you don’t need it.

Who runs it

Enterprise accounts are led by Patrick, Terrier’s Founder & CEO, alongside the specialist team assigned to your account at kickoff. You get named contacts, not a ticket queue — see the full team on our about page.

That matters more at enterprise scale than it sounds. When your account spans multiple markets and multiple internal stakeholders, continuity is the thing that actually protects the work. A named team who know your history, your constraints and your internal politics can move faster than a fresh contact re-learning your account every quarter.

Tracking AI visibility

Enterprise brands increasingly need to know not just where they rank in Google, but whether AI answer engines mention them at all. Our GEO dashboard tracks that visibility over time.

See the GEO dashboard for how that tracking looks in practice.

The work, in numbers

We’d rather show three real results than promise you a hundred. Here’s what recent enterprise-scale work actually produced.

Gtechniq

A multi-market car-care brand with a large product catalogue and a content hub to defend. The programme delivered a 67%+ increase in organic search and a 94%+ increase in visibility, and took the LearnHub to #1 for its target terms. Full detail on the Gtechniq case study.

Sons

An always-on creator programme at enterprise scale: 824 creators live, 2,473 pieces of content shared, 9.0M total views and a 55.6M total audience reach at a 5.75% engagement rate. Full detail on the Sons case study.

Chi Chi London

A fashion retailer competing against much larger category budgets. Clicks rose 50%+ year on year, impressions 150%+, and the brand took #1 for its hero product term. Full detail on the Chi Chi London case study, and the large-scale gifting programme that ran alongside it.

Official London Theatre

Official London Theatre reached 85% AI search visibility, with a 67% increase in referral traffic. This is the GEO side of the work in practice: making sure a well-known entertainment brand shows up when people ask AI tools for recommendations, not just when they type into Google. Full detail on the Official London Theatre case study.

What clients say

“The best thing about them is that they really want to teach us the skills to use internally.”
— Megan Ross, Senior Marketing Manager, Society of London Theatre (Official London Theatre)

Pricing

Enterprise engagements are custom-scoped after the first call — the work varies too much by market count, tech stack and stakeholder structure for a fixed rate card. We don’t think it’s honest to publish a single number when the actual cost of your programme depends on how many markets you run, how much of the technical work needs doing before content can start, and how much internal review each piece of work has to clear. Your price is confirmed once we’ve scoped your markets and objectives on the first call. There’s no minimum term on any Terrier engagement, enterprise or otherwise: 60 days’ notice, at any point, whichever stage the work is at.

Questions

The core discipline is the same, but enterprise work adds more stakeholders, more markets, and usually a change-control process we need to work inside. See our SEO service for the underlying approach.

Yes — content and technical work are built per market, not translated from a single master version. We’ll confirm exact market coverage on your first call.

GEO is optimising for AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google’s AI Overviews — alongside classic search. If your buyers are starting to use AI tools to research your category, it’s worth having a plan. See our GEO service.

A named team assigned at kickoff, led at account level by Patrick, our Founder & CEO. You won’t be passed between a rotating pool of account managers.

We build a pre-agreed roadmap and rollback plan before any migration goes live — it’s the highest-risk moment in enterprise SEO, so we treat it that way.
