Cheska Reign Javier is an Influencer Liaison Executive at Terrier Agency. Her specialism is influencer marketing. She is the person creators deal with directly once a campaign is live.

Cheska covers the Australian market. She works with Australian creators, on local rates and to local posting patterns.

Her client work includes Australian Butchers Store, BIRD Bang’n Chicken and Cricket Victoria. Food and sport campaigns run on tight windows. A restaurant opening or a match day gives a creator one evening to produce something, so the brief, the booking and the approval all have to be settled before that window opens.

Her work covers creator outreach, rate and deliverable negotiation, campaign coordination and performance tracking. She confirms what each creator has agreed to produce, keeps the posting schedule moving, checks content against brand guidelines before it goes live, and records the results once it does.

The liaison role is the one that keeps a campaign honest. Creators need clear answers quickly, and a slow reply is the most common reason a booked activation quietly does not happen. Cheska works to short response times for that reason.

She works across Terrier Agency and its sister company Bark Social.

She also keeps the creator records current, so that rates, past performance and content quality are on file the next time a brand needs an Australian shortlist at short notice.

Cheska’s earlier training was in hotels and restaurants, through On the Job Training placements. Hospitality work is where she developed the communication and interpersonal habits she now applies to creator relationships.

Terrier works on a rolling basis with no minimum term and 60 days’ notice at any point. Cheska’s campaigns are measured on what they delivered rather than on how many creators were booked.
