The Challenge
LoveStruck is a BCorp-certified frozen fruit and meal prep brand that grew from a smoothie stand at Borough Market into an international operation. That growth created a significant awareness gap: little brand recognition across the UK beyond its local roots, and even less in the US when transatlantic shipping launched.
Just as important, LoveStruck needed to communicate its BCorp values — the societal and environmental benefits of shopping with the brand — not just product benefits. A traditional advertising approach risked undermining exactly the credibility those values depend on.
Our Approach
LoveStruck teamed up with Terrier Agency to design and execute a micro-influencer campaign targeting health-conscious foodies across both the UK and the US.
We identified micro-influencers within the health-conscious foodie demographic in each market, gifted them LoveStruck frozen fruit and meal prep products, and briefed each creator on the societal and environmental benefits of shopping from a BCorp-certified brand. Influencers then shared authentic content with their audiences, with reach aggregated across all posts to measure campaign scale.
This gifting-led, values-first structure let LoveStruck spread its message broadly while keeping the tone credible — a key requirement for a brand whose identity is built around social responsibility.
The Results
By the time the campaign concluded, it had created a potential audience of 7,866,720 people across the UK and US. LoveStruck moved from a relatively small, locally known business to one being seen at a global level — and became associated with both health and societal change, precisely the dual identity it needed to establish in new markets.
