El Jannah is a Middle Eastern chicken restaurant chain in Australia, known for its charcoal chicken and Lebanese-influenced menu. The brand wanted to boost its Instagram presence, so we built an influencer campaign around authentic dining experiences — inviting food creators to visit, try the food firsthand, and share their own original content.
34 influencers took part, publishing 32 posts and 50 stories that generated an estimated 433,000 views and 10,038 engagements, reaching a combined following of over 1.6 million.
The campaign’s success turned a single activation into an ongoing partnership, with influencer marketing now supporting El Jannah’s new restaurant openings and promotions.
From One Activation to an Ongoing Partnership
The initial campaign was cast around dining experience rather than product shots: food creators were invited to visit El Jannah in person, try the food firsthand and shoot in their own voice, with each profile checked for genuine engagement before outreach and content reviewed against the brand’s charcoal-chicken positioning before going live. What the page already describes as a single activation has since become an ongoing partnership, with the same shortlist-and-vet process now repeated for each new restaurant opening and promotion rather than rebuilt from scratch.
What the Reach Figure Shows for a Restaurant Chain
An estimated 433,000 views and 10,038 engagements from 32 posts and 50 stories, reaching a combined following of over 1.6 million, is a visibility figure, not a footfall count. For a restaurant chain, the more telling result is the one already stated on the page: the campaign performed well enough that influencer marketing was kept on as a standing channel rather than treated as a one-off, which is the outcome a single activation is meant to earn.
