London City Smiles is a dental practice competing in one of the capital’s busiest local markets: Islington. Their search visibility didn’t match the professional standard of their dental treatments, and the website needed work before it could compete for high-intent local queries like “Dentist in Islington” and “Angel Dentist”.

The Results
Within ten months, London City Smiles reached the top of the rankings for “Dentist in Islington” and 4th position for “Angel Dentist” — first-page visibility for the practice’s most valuable local queries. The campaign delivered 1,079 keyword rankings in total, including 166 Top 20 positions, reflecting broad organic visibility across the practice’s service range rather than a single keyword win.
