We work with big brands, and those that aspire to be big

Most brands buy marketing in pieces. An SEO agency, a freelancer on Google Ads, a web studio that built the site two years ago and now answers slowly, and a creator agency nobody has reviewed since the first campaign. Each supplier reports a different number against a different period. Nobody owns the result.

A Growth Partner engagement puts the things that move revenue with one team: organic search, AI visibility, paid media and the website they both land on, plus creator work where the audience is social. One plan, one monthly number, one report that leads with revenue or enquiries.

What the bundle covers

The five practices are the same ones we sell on their own, run by the same people:

  • SEO: technical work, on-page against the keyword and entity map, content hubs and earned links.
  • GEO: the prompt set, the entity work and the citation tracking that decide whether an assistant names you.
  • Paid media: Google Ads and paid social, run to a target cost per acquisition set from your margins.
  • Web Design & Development: builds, landing pages, speed and the conversion work that stops paid and organic traffic leaking.
  • Influencer marketing: creator partnerships and UGC for brands selling to consumers.

Every engagement runs on the same standards as the standalone services. No spend goes live without working conversion tracking. Search terms are reviewed weekly and negatives applied. Performance Max campaigns carry brand exclusions. Reporting is monthly, against the commercial number you already track.

What it costs

Three levels, all excluding VAT:

Bundle Price Who it suits
Launch £2,450 a month One market, one core channel mix, a site that mostly works
Growth £3,950 a month Two or more channels running hard together, with site work in the plan
Scale from £6,500 a month Several markets, larger media budgets, or a build in flight

Media and creator fees sit outside the bundle and are billed at cost with no markup. What you pay Google, Meta or a creator is what appears on the invoice. The bundle price buys the team, the strategy and the work.

Terms are the same as every other Terrier engagement: no minimum term, 60 days’ notice, at any point. You can move between levels at any month end. The standalone price lists are on the paid media and web development pricing pages.

One number, one report

Separate suppliers produce separate reports, and the separate reports disagree. Paid media counts a conversion the ad platform claims. SEO counts a session. The creator agency counts views. Three documents arrive in the same week and none of them adds up to the figure in your accounts.

A Growth Partner report leads with the one commercial number your business runs on: revenue, enquiries, applications or bookings. Underneath it sits what each channel contributed to that number, what was spent to get it, and what changes next month as a result. Impressions, rankings and keyword counts are context in the body of the report. They are never the headline.

The mix changes with the type of business

The price stays the same at each level. Where the hours go does not. We set the mix in the first month and revisit it every quarter, because the channel that earns the next pound is rarely the one that earned the last one.

Type of business Where the weight usually sits Where it rarely sits
Consumer brand Creators and paid social for demand, SEO for the terms people search after they have seen you, product and category pages that convert Long technical programmes on a small site
B2B Search and AI visibility on high-intent terms, paid search on the commercial keywords, landing pages and form flows Broad social reach with no lead capture behind it
E-commerce Shopping and feed work, category architecture, site speed and checkout friction, creators for new products Thin blog content that never reaches a product page

If you are on WordPress or Shopify, the platform work is in the plan rather than quoted separately. See WordPress SEO and Shopify SEO for how that work is run.

Less than one hire

The honest comparison is not agency against agency. It is the bundle against the marketing manager you were about to hire.

One hire gives you one person with one skill set, a recruitment cost before they start, and a notice period before they leave. They will still need an SEO supplier, someone on the ads account and a developer. A Growth Partner engagement gives you a senior person on each of those disciplines, the tools already paid for, and cover when somebody is on holiday. It also stops on 60 days’ notice rather than a contract of employment.

It is the wrong answer if you want someone in your building every day, sitting in your sales meetings and owning internal stakeholders. In that case hire, and use us for the specialisms underneath.

We build before you sign

You do not have to take the plan on trust. Before an agreement is signed we build something real for your brand: a page, a prototype or a piece of the site rebuilt the way we would run it. You see how we write, how we structure a page and how fast we move.

We do this because it is the only part of the pitch that cannot be faked. We built a product-tester web app prototype for Sons on Next.js and Supabase. We built the triage page and patient form flows for Keogh Practice. We rebuilt our own site on WordPress and took its mobile speed score from 78 to 100. That is the standard the first build is held to.

The first 90 days

Month one is the audit across all four areas: what the site can and cannot do, what organic is earning, what the ad account is wasting, and which prompts return your competitors instead of you. It ends in a plan with the mix set and the targets agreed.

Months two and three are the fixes that unblock everything else. Tracking corrected first, because nothing else can be judged without it. Then technical SEO and site speed, the account restructure, the first content and the first landing pages.

At day 90 you get a review against the plan. If the work has not earned its place, that is the point to say so, and the notice period is the same as it was on day one. We would rather earn the next quarter than hold you to a term.

Who does the work

Fionn Murphy, Head of Paid Media & AI, runs the Google Ads accounts day to day. Patrick MacNamara, founder, leads the SEO practice, fronts Web Design & Development and builds the prototypes, with the build team behind him. You will know by name who works on your account, and both of them are on the monthly call.

Terrier manages three live Google Ads accounts under its own manager account. The published work is on the case studies page. If a bundle is the wrong shape for you, every service is available on its own, and get in touch either way.

Frequently asked questions

One monthly retainer covering SEO, AI visibility, paid media, website work and creators, run by one team with one plan and one report. It replaces three or four separate suppliers who each report a different number.

Launch is £2,450 a month, Growth is £3,950 a month and Scale starts from £6,500 a month, all excluding VAT. Media and creator fees sit outside the bundle and are billed at cost with no markup.

It is designed to be, because one team working from one plan does not repeat the audit, the reporting or the account management three times. Where a single channel is all you need, buying that channel on its own is the better value, and we will tell you so.

No. The mix is set from what your business is and where the next pound comes from. Some plans have no creator work at all. Some are weighted almost entirely to paid and the site.

No. There is no minimum term and 60 days’ notice, at any point. There is a review at day 90 against the plan we agreed in month one.

You keep control of it. Media and creator fees are billed at cost with no markup, and the ad accounts stay in your ownership.

Yes, at any month end. Most accounts start at Launch or Growth and move when a new market or a build is added.
